Either Sakura-masamune Nigori-syu or“Megurui” – Japanese sake

Fresh new onion purée soup from Awaji with sakura shrimp dumplings

兵庫・淡路島より 新玉葱擂り流し 桜海老真丈にペリーラ


◆Asorted seasonal side dish

Grilled horse mackerel sushi

Fresh fish of the day with taro stem in grated daikon sauce

Abalone and shrimp with seasonal roe or milt, usui peas, and dashi jelly 

Roasted Tajima duck with kinpira and paprika

Baked clams and bacon with shimeji mushrooms in cheese sauce
