Q.How do I make a reservation for accommodation?
A. You can make reservations online by clicking the "Reservation" button on the top menu bar of our website. You can also make reservations by phone or email, but please note that it may take some time for us to respond and that the price may differ from that of an online reservation.
Q. I want to cancel my reservation.
A.If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please do so yourself via the reservation site you used to make the reservation.
Q: Can I use a credit card?
A. Yes. In addition to major international brands such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club, we also accept NICOS, UFJ, UC Card, and AEON Card. PayPay and Aripay are also available.
