◆Aperitif 食前酒

Either Sakura-masamune Nigori-syu or“Megurui” – Japanese sake

神戸・灘 櫻正宗 「にごり酒」もしくは 純米吟醸「めぐる」


◆Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Abalone with Liver Somen, Served with Grated Yam and Hanamaru Cucumber

Habutae-steamed Large Asari Clam with Leek, Fu and Rapeseed Greens, Ginger Sauce

Firefly Squid from Toyama with Bamboo Shoot, Udo and Usui Peas, Kinome Miso

Grilled Spanish Mackerel or Salmon with Scrambled Egg Topping

鮑と肝素麺 大和芋と花丸胡瓜と共に

内紫貝羽二重蒸 白葱と麩に菜種 生姜庵で

富山より 蛍烏賊 筍に独活と碓井豆木の芽味噌で

菜種焼 鰆もしくはサーモン

Sakura Shrimp and Lily Bulb Hiryuzu with Manganji Pepper, New Onion Surinagashi

飛竜頭 桜海老と百合根 万願寺添えて 新玉葱の擂り流しをかけて


◆Teppanyaki 鉄板焼

Kobe-beef and vegetables 神戸牛 大黒占地に馬鈴薯と蓮根
