Shojin-Ryori refers to Buddhist vegetarian cuisine.

It mainly features plant-based ingredients, including vegetables, fruits, beans and grain.

※If you choose this dinner option, your breakfast will also be changed to a Shojin-menu.

※Reservations are accepted up to one week in advance.

 

When making a reservation, please select the menu item "Shojin-Ryori (Vegan menu)" for "Half board (Course dish on this month)※Dinner contents can be changed"plan.

◆Assorted seasonal side dish 

・Potato with onion suop 

・Tofu skin with syoyu sauce  

・Boiled mushroom with grated daikon radish dressing

・Tonyu-nabe (Soy milk, Fried tofu, bean sprouts, lettuce, chrysanthemum cabbage,

wheat gluten, green onion, mushrooms, and konnyaku)

◆Fried food

・Tempra (Fried mushroom and vegetables)
