Sakura-masamune Nigori-syu (Japanese sake) 櫻正宗 にごり酒


◆Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Sakura shrimp with onion sauce 新玉葱擂り流し 桜海老と菜種に胡椒

Boiled Today’s shell, ashitaba and wild vegetables 本日の貝を明日葉と独活で

Boiled firefly squid and bamboo shoot with kinome miso

蛍烏賊と筍に花山葵を木の芽味噌で

Grilled Today’s special fish and fave beans 本日の焼魚を蚕豆と


◆Sashimi 向付

Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


◆Nabe 小鍋

Hakko-Nabe…sweet sake, miso and sake lees soup

Kobe-pork, Tajima-chicken and vegetable 

※When you see steam, let it cook a little before eating.

◆Fried food 油物

Tempura shrimp and Fried ice fish’s tofu rolled with cherry leaves

天使の海老と白魚真丈香り揚げ、筍を海塩か天出汁で

※Please dipped in a special broth or salt.


◆Teppanyaki 鉄板焼

Kobe-beef and vegetables 神戸牛 大黒占地に蓮根と馬鈴薯 

※Please dipped in a ponzu or salt or wasabi or Yuzukosyo(Japanese spice)


◆Boiled dish 焚合

Boiled abalone, wakame(brown seaweed) and bok choy with dashi sauce

 鮑と若布、青梗菜を共地庵で


Takikomi-gohan(Today’s special), pickles and dessert

炊き込みご飯、手前漬けと季節のデザート
