Q. What time is check-in/check-out?
A. Check-in 15:00. Check out time is 11:00. You can leave your car from 12:00 to 12:00 the next day.
Q. Is parking available?
A. Yes. There is. Please let us know when you make a reservation that you are coming by car as it is too small.
Q. Is there a transfer to the station?
A. We will pick you up at any time. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Arima Onsen Station, but there is a steep slope in front of the entrance. Please feel free to call us when you arrive at each station of Arima Onsen and we will pick you up immediately. There are many slopes in the town, so we will pick you up. Please note that the shuttle service is suspended from 12:00 to 14:00.
Q. Can I have dinner in my room?
A. Yes. Dinner is in your room. Breakfast will be prepared at another venue. When staying in a group, dinner may be prepared in a private banquet room.

A. If you let us know in advance, we can arrange cakes and flowers with this rented message for 60th birthday and Kiju. Please request at the time of booking.
Q. Is it possible to use a baby?
A. Yes. It is available. Free for children under 2 years old. Please fill in the remarks column when making a reservation. Children over the age of 2 will be charged 2,000 yen (excluding tax) for facility use if they do not need meals, futons, or if necessary. If you apply from our website, please select Dwarf E (facility fee).

Q. Please tell me the content of meals for children.
A. The hotel offers children's meals for children's meals. Contents include tempura (oil), soup rolls, meat, fish, rice balls and desserts, which are suitable for seniors. When making a reservation, please select "Infant meal/futon available" or "Infant meal available" regardless of elementary school children or infants. In addition, we can prepare individual items such as udon, chawanmushi and soup rolls on the day so please feel free to contact us.

Q.Is it possible to use infants?
A. Yes. Available. Children under 2 years old are free. Please fill in the remarks column when making a reservation. In addition, children aged 2 years and older will be charged a facility usage fee of 2,200 yen if they do not need meals and futons.
