◆Aperitif 食前酒

Today’s special (Japanese sake)  本日の食前酒


◆Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Soup(Vegetables and jujube) スープ仕立て 蕪と牛房、椎茸に棗と枸杞

Grilled Today’s special fish and yam 本日の焼魚と零余子に花茗荷

Boiled tairagi shellfish, salmon roe and vegetables 菊花浸し 平貝、壬生菜にいくら

Crab innards tofu 蟹味噌豆富と蟹身にセルフィーユ


◆Sashimi 向付

Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


◆Nabe 小鍋

Tajima hot pot (Tajima chicken, Tajima duck breast meat ball, tofu and vegetables)

※When you see steam, please eating.

但馬鴨つみれと但馬鶏 白舞茸、白占地にクレソン、九条葱と木綿に近江蒟蒻


◆Fried food 油物

Fried oyster with nori and Tempura(shrimp)

牡蠣玄米磯辺揚と天使の海老天麩羅と鮑茸 海塩と天出汁で

◆Teppanyaki 鉄板焼

Kobe-beef and vegetables 黒大根と馬鈴薯に大黒占地

※Please dipped in a ponzu or salt or wasabi or Yuzukosyo(Japanese spice)

Boiled Kobe pork and Ebi-imo(taro) 神戸ポークに海老芋と青梗菜


Takikomi-gohan(Today’s special), pickles and dessert
