Boiled octopus, scallops, smoke salmon and wild vegetables with vinegar jelly sauce

小蛸、帆立とスモークサーモンに雪うるい、草蘇鉄と独活、紅芯大根 土佐酢ジュレ

Steamed Tajima duck breast  但馬鴨ロース 春甘藍

◆Nabe 小鍋

Yukimi-nabe (Oyster, clams, angel shrimp, mackerel and vegetables with Grated turnip)
