◆Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Tajima duck breast meatballs with onion sauce 新玉葱擂り流し但馬鴨つくねと嫁菜

Boiled firefly squid and ashitaba with egg vinegar 蛍烏賊と明日葉 芥子酢味噌で

Boiled Today’s shell, bamboo shoot and wild vegetables

with kinome(Japanese pepper leaf) jelly sauce

旬の貝と筍、独活と若布 木の芽ジュレで


◆Sashimi 向付 

Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


◆Nabe 小鍋

Shin-syoga nabe (Kobe poke, Tajima chicken, ginger, tofu and vegetables)

新生姜鍋 神戸豚と但馬鶏 黄韮と九条葱、水菜と椎茸、豆富

※When you see steam, let it cook a little before eating.


◆Fried food 油物

Fried sakura shrimp with cherry leaves, young sweetfish and bamboo shoot 

桜海老香り揚げ 稚鮎と筍 天出汁と海塩をお好みで

 ※Please dipped in a special broth or salt


◆Teppanyaki 鉄板焼

Kobe-beef and vegetables 神戸牛 大黒占地と蓮根、スナック豌豆

※Please dipped in a ponzu or salt or wasabi or Yuzukosyo(Japanese spice)


◆Pickled dish 酢の物

Pickled pawn, scallop, red clam and vegetables with vinegar jelly sauce

有頭海老、帆立に赤貝と紅芯大根キウイとブラッドオレンジ 土佐酢とドレッシングで


Takikomi-gohan(Today’s special), pickles and dessert
