Boiled shrimp, scallop and taro with cone sauce  

海老と帆立に小芋、オクラと万願寺 玉蜀黍擂り流しと共に

Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Jew’s mallow’s Tofu  モロヘイヤ寄せ 長芋、いくらに旨出汁庵掛けて

Fried today’s fish in spicy vinegar sauce 本日の南蛮漬け

Boiled tomato with white wine 赤茄子の甲州煮にバジルジュレ

Grilled and soaked Spanish mackerel in Japanese dashi soup stock

鰆焼浸しと空芯菜に近江蒟蒻

Steamed pork with flavored vegetables dressing 塩豚と赤玉葱 香味野菜ドレッシング


◆Sashimi 向付

Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


◆Boiled dish 焚合

Fried eggplant and Wa-gyu 和牛すき煮 加茂茄子と白芋茎


Nabe 小鍋

Yanagawa-Nabe < Hamo= pike conger= and vegetables with egg>

※When the soup is boiled, please put beaten egg.

※Please sprinkle spice (”Kona-zansyo” 〈Japanese spice〉)

柳川鍋 鱧に牛房、玉葱と九条葱、結び蒟蒻 柿の木茸 お好みで粉山椒で


◆Fried dish 合肴

Fried Himeji stuffed lotus root (ground duck breast) 

※Please dipped in a tartar sauce 姫路蓮根挟み揚げを山椒タルタルで

Boiled wax gourd and Summer vegetables 冬瓜と夏野菜

Takikomi-gohan(Today’s special), pickles and dessert
