Aperitif 食前酒

Today’s special Japanese Sake 本日の食前酒


Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Boiled pike conger and fish egg’s tofu  鱧と魚卵寄せにマイクロ赤紫蘇

Boiled mussels and jellyfish with summer vegetable sauce

ムール貝と有明海月にスプラウト 夏野菜ソースで

Boiled wax gourd with beef and ginger sauce 冬瓜スープ煮を牛筋庵で

Kobe pork with curry spices 神戸豚 香辛仕立て 白芋茎と万願寺添えて


Sashimi 向付

Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


Nabe 小鍋

Yanagawa-Nabe < Densuke anago= Conger eel = and vegetables with egg>

※When you see steam coming out from the lid, please pour the egg in a circular motion.

Then, close the lid again.

※Please sprinkle spice (”Kona-zansyo” 〈Japanese spice〉)

柳川鍋 伝助穴子 玉葱と牛房に九条葱と結び蒟蒻 焼豆腐 玉子とじをお好みで


Fried food 油物

Fried Himeji stuffed lotus root (ground duck breast) and Tempra (Angel Prawn)

※Please dipped in a special broth and salt

姫路蓮根挟み揚げと天使の海老


Teppanyaki 鉄板焼

Kobe-beef and vegetables 神戸牛 大黒占地にズッキーニと馬鈴薯 

※Please dipped in a ponzu or salt or wasabi or Yuzukosyo(Japanese spice)


Pickled dish 酢の物

Boiled abalone, shrimp, ooctopus and vegetables with vinegar jelly 

鮑と川津海老に蛸、蓮芋 寄せ糸瓜に黄トマトとマイクロ青紫蘇を土佐ジュレで


Takikomi-gohan(Today’s special), pickles and dessert

炊き込みご飯、手前漬けと季節のデザート
