《萩の風吹く月の御献立》


◆Aperitif 食前酒 

Japanese sake “Aki-agari” 純米 秋あがり


◆Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Boiled Ebi-imo(yam) with beef and ginger sauce  海老芋と壬生菜を牛筋庵で

Kurumi-tofu (chestnut), abalone and salmon roe   胡桃豆富に鮑といくらを割醤油

Griled Japanese Spanish mackerel and eggplant with wasabi sauce

鰆と焼茄子に生雲丹を山葵庵で

Grilled sea bream and potato with shrimp sauce  的鯛サラダ焼に牛房 海老ソースで


◆Sashimi 向付  Assorted seasonal Sashimi  本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


◆Nabe 小鍋

Yakuzen-nabe (Tanba Chicken, Kobe pork, Natsume(Chinese date) and vegetables)

Fried angel shrimp and fig 天麩羅 天使の海老と無花果に紫芋 天出汁と海塩で

Kobe-beef and vegetables 神戸牛 大黒占地に蓮根と馬鈴薯 

※Please dipped in a ponzu or salt or wasabi or Yuzukosyo(Japanese spice)


◆Boiled dish 焚合

Braised beltfish and turnip with shark fin, dried shrimp, and ginger sauce

太刀魚と蕪に鱶鰭と干し海老の生姜庵かけて


Takikomi-gohan(Today’s special), pickles and dessert

炊き込みご飯、手前漬けと季節のデザート
