Tajima duck breast meatballs with corn sauce 

玉蜀黍擂り流し 但馬鴨つくねとピーテンドリル

Steamed soy milk custard with ginger sauce 豆乳蒸し 牛筋に百合根と白木耳を生姜庵

Abalone gratin グラタン 鮑とベーコン、法蓮草に占地

Seafood salad (scallop, shrimp, Smoked salmon, octopus and vegetables)

貝柱と川津海老にサーモンと蛸

プチミックスとラディッシュ、紅芯大根とホワイトセロリ


Sashimi 向付

Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


Nabe 小鍋

Hamo-nabe (Hamo= pike conger=, tofu and vegetables) with yuzu-kosyo (spice)

※Hamo is swished in boiling water for a few second.

We recommend to mix the spice (yuzu-kosyo) in the soup

夏越の鱧鍋 瀬戸内産鱧と淡路島産玉葱、九条葱と柿の木茸に葛切と水菜に若布


Fried food 油物

Tempra(Burdock wrapped in sweet fish, prawn and green soybean’s tofu

※Please dipped in a special broth and salt

天使の海老に鮎八幡と枝豆真丈を天出汁と海塩をお好みで


Teppanyaki 鉄板焼

Kobe-beef and vegetables 神戸牛 大黒占地にズッキーニと馬鈴薯 

※Please dipped in a ponzu or salt or wasabi or Yuzukosyo(Japanese spice)


Simmered dish 冷し鉢

Simmered Kobe pork with daikon sauce 

神戸豚卸し煮と冬瓜と小芋 白芋茎、甘長と共に
