◆Aperitif 食前酒

Sakura-masamune SHINSUI (Japanese sake)

Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Steamed egg custard and cod’s soft roe with shark fin sauce 雲子羽二重蒸 鱶鰭庵掛け

Sea cucumber with daikon radish dressing 海鼠霙和合

Boiled Kobe pork, bean sprouts and lettuce 神戸ポークをもやしと萵苣

Pinna shell and vegetables with egg vinegar

平貝とひろっこにレディース大根 酢味噌で


◆Sashimi 向付

Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


◆Nabe 小鍋

Yukimi-nabe (Oyster, angel shrimp, mackerel and vegetables with Grated turnip)

※When you see steam, let it cook a little before eating.

◆Fried food 油物

Tempura abalone and public fish 天麩羅 鮑と公魚 天出汁と海塩で

※Please dipped in a ponzu or salt or wasabi or Yuzukosyo(Japanese spice)

Boiled yellowtail and vegetables with sake lees 灘仕立て 鰤、丸大根に壬生菜と梅麩
