◆Aperitif 食前酒

Today’s special (Japanese sake)  本日の食前酒


◆Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Egg tofu with mushrooms with beef sauce きのこ豆富を牛すじ庵と共に

Grilled Today’s special fish 本日の焼魚に胡桃と花茗荷

Persimmon, eringi mushroom with tofu sauce 白和え 柿にエリンギと壬生菜

Boiled Kobe pork with daikon radish dressing  神戸ポーク霙煮 近江蒟蒻と蔓紫花

Sashimi 向付 Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


◆Nabe 小鍋

Duck hot pot (Tajima duck, tofu and vegetables) with yuzu-kosyo (spice)

※When you see steam, please eating.

We recommend to mix the spice (yuzu-kosyo) in the soup.

鴨鍋 但馬鴨 九条葱にクレソン、牛房と舞茸、柿の木茸と結び蒟蒻焼豆腐 

柚子胡椒をお好みで


◆Fried food 油物

Tempura(shrimp and fig) 天麩羅 天使の海老に無花果と鮑茸 海塩と天出汁で

※Please dipped in a special broth or salt


◆Teppanyaki 鉄板焼

Kobe-beef and vegetables 神戸牛 大黒占地と南瓜に馬鈴薯

※Please dipped in a ponzu or salt or wasabi or Yuzukosyo(Japanese spice)


◆Steam food 蒸物

Ebi-imo(taro) and bok choy with crab sauce 海老芋と青梗菜の蟹庵


Takikomi-gohan(Today’s special), pickles and dessert

炊き込みご飯、手前漬けと季節のデザート
