Boiled pumpkin-ball with shark fin and ginger sauce  

南瓜饅頭 鱶鰭と貝柱の生姜庵掛けて


◆Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Boiled shrimp and eggplant 海老と小茄子に旨出汁庵掛けて

Walnut’s tofu with wasabi 胡桃豆富

Persimmon and elingi mushroom in a tofu sauce白和え 柿に壬生菜とエリンギ

Boiled crab, salmon roe and vegetables  お浸し 蟹と壬生菜、菊花にいくら

Grilled Today’s special fish with mushroom egg sauce  本日の魚のきのこ焼き
