Efforts to Combat New Coronavirus Infections

Negiya Ryoufukaku is committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees in order to prevent the infection and spread of the new type of coronavirus.

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our first priority.

We will take the following infection prevention measures to ensure that our guests can use our facilities with peace of mind.

Efforts within the hotel

(1) Cleaning of the facilities and equipment in the hotel with alcohol disinfection is being carried out more carefully than usual.

(2) We have taken the following measures to prevent infection.

(3) We limit the number of people in the public baths and lobbies to avoid creating close spaces.

Efforts for Guests

(1) We check the health condition (temperature) of guests at the time of check-in.

(2) A splash prevention board is placed at the front counter to prevent infection.

(3) We have changed the glasses in the guest rooms to disposable paper cups to ensure safe use.

Meals

(1) We will prepare meals in the dining room or in your room.

　However, in order to reduce the number of times we have to visit your room, we will serve the meals in batches as much as possible.

Efforts for employees

(1)We will check the health condition (fever, vomiting, diarrhea) of our employees when they arrive at work and ensure that they fill in the checklist.

　If an employee has a fever of 37.5°C or higher and symptoms such as coughing, he/she is instructed to stay at home.

(2)Hand sanitizer is provided at each workplace, etc., to disinfect hands when entering the room with alcohol sanitizer.

(3) Employees are encouraged to wash their hands and gargle before work, after using the restroom, before eating, and when returning to the office after going out.

Requests to Customers

(1) To ensure that our facilities can be used safely, we have installed hand sanitizer alcohol in key locations throughout the building and ask our customers to use it.

(2) If you are not feeling well during your stay due to a cough, fever, or other symptoms, we ask that you please inform our staff upon your arrival.
