Sakura-masamune SHINSUI (Japanese sake)


◆Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Bacon and cabbage with potate sauce 新馬鈴薯擂り流し ベーコンと芽甘藍に粒胡椒

Boiled abalone and soya bean 鮑の大船煮

Boiled oyster and yuki-urui(wild vegetables), with Japanese pepper dressing

牡蠣と雪うるい 有馬山椒オイルで

Grilled clam with cheese sauce 蛤チーズソース焼


◆Sashimi 向付

Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


◆Nabe 小鍋

Sakekasu-nabe (Yellowtail, salmon, scallops and vegetables with sake lees)

※Please sprinkle spice (”Hichimi” 〈Japanese spice〉)

灘仕立て 鰤と鮭に神戸ポーク、角揚げと九条葱に結び蒟蒻 七味をお好みで


◆Fried food 油物

Karaage (Fried blow fish and kogomi (wild vegetables))  河豚と草蘇鉄 檸檬添えて

※Please Squeeze the lemon on the Karaage.


◆Teppanyaki 鉄板焼

Kobe-beef and vegetables 神戸牛 蕪と椎茸にレディース大根 

※Please dipped in a ponzu or salt or wasabi or Yuzukosyo(Japanese spice)


◆Pickled dish 酢の物

Pickled pawn, tairagi shellfish, smoke salmon and vegetables with grated red radish sauce

天使の海老に平貝と燻しサーモン、日向夏と独活に菜種と蓮根 

紅芯大根のおろしと共に


 Takikomi-gohan(Today’s special), pickles and dessert

 炊き込みご飯、手前漬けと季節のデザート
