Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Steamed egg custard and cod’s soft roe with shark fin sauce 雲子羽二重蒸 鱶鰭庵掛け

Grilled clam with egg sauce 蛤黄金焼

Oyster and yam(ebi-imo) with miso sauce 田楽 牡蠣と海老芋に菜種

Lotus root roll (pinna shell) and Japanese radish roll (grilled conger eel) 

平貝蓮根包みと焼穴子紫大根包み

Boiled crab and vegetables お浸し 蟹と壬生菜に白舞茸と近江蒟蒻
