◆Aperitif 食前酒

Today’s special (Japanese sake)  本日の食前酒


◆Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Boiled wax gourd with beef and ginger sauce 冬瓜スープ煮を生姜庵で

Hagi-tofu (sesame tofu with added shrimp, azuki bean and green soybeans) 萩豆腐

Boiled giant elephant ear (species of taro), chestnut with sesame sauce

蓮芋と焼目栗に胡桃を胡麻のクリームで

Grilled Today’s special fish with mushroom egg sauce  本日の鮮魚をきのこ焼きで


◆Soup お椀

Dobin-mushi (Today’s special fish, shrimp, matsutake mushroom and vegetables)

土瓶蒸し仕立て 本日の鮮魚と天使の海老に松茸 餅銀杏と三ツ葉に酢立を添えて

※When you see the steam, please remove this kettle to this small plate.

Please have the fish and vegetables inside, after having the soup.


◆Sashimi 向付

Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に


◆Nabe 小鍋

Duck hot pot (Tajima duck, tofu and vegetables) with yuzu-kosyo (spice)

※When you see steam, please eating.

We recommend to mix the spice (yuzu-kosyo) in the soup.

鴨鍋 但馬鴨 九条葱にクレソン、牛房と舞茸、柿の木茸と結び蒟蒻焼豆腐 

柚子胡椒をお好みで


◆Teppanyaki 鉄板焼

Kobe-beef and vegetables 神戸牛 大黒占地と南瓜に馬鈴薯

※Please dipped in a ponzu or salt or wasabi or Yuzukosyo(Japanese spice)


◆Fried food 油物

Tempura(fig) and fried Kobe pork with special broth

無花果天麩羅と神戸ポークを唐揚げで浅月とおろしに煎り出汁かけて


Takikomi-gohan(Today’s special), pickles and dessert

炊き込みご飯、手前漬けと季節のデザート
