◆Aperitif 食前酒

Today’s special (Japanese sake) 本日の食前酒 


◆Appetizer 先付

Boiled Spanish mackerel, shrimp and taro with kuro-edamame (green soybeans) sauce  

鰆に海老と小芋、万願寺 黒枝豆擂り流しと共に


◆Assorted seasonal side dish 前菜

Hagi-tofu(Soy milk with added shrimp, azuki bean and green soybeans)

萩豆腐に蔓紫を旨出汁庵で

Grapes, taro’s stem and konnyaku in a tofu sauce白和え 葡萄に白芋茎に近江蒟蒻

Boiled hamo with hamo’s soft roe jelly sauce 鱧に白葱 鱧の子ジュレで

Grilled Today’s special fish with mushroom egg sauce  本日の魚のきのこ焼き

Black sesame-tofu with salmon roe 黒胡麻豆腐といくら


◆Sashimi 向付 

Assorted seasonal Sashimi 本日の逸品をあしらいと共に

Boiled dish 変り鉢

Steamed pork, duck breast and vegetable  

塩豚に香味だれ 但馬鴨に粒マスタード お野菜いろいろ添えて


◆Nabe 小鍋

Yakuzen-nabe (Chicken, Natsume(Chinese date) and vegetables)

禰宜屋薬膳鍋 鶏せせりに手羽中、玉葱と九条葱に水菜と柿の木茸、木耳、木綿


◆Fried dish 油物

Tempura (prawn and fig)  ※Please dipped in a special broth or salt

天使の海老と兵庫・小野市より無花果


◆Steaned dish  蒸し物

Conger’s tofu and vegetables 穴子豆富 ホワイトセロリに茗荷をべっ甲庵で


Takikomi-gohan(Today’s special), pickles and dessert

炊き込みご飯、手前漬けと季節のデザート
