Q. Are the hot springs shared or can I rent them for private use?
A. There are two public baths, and men and women alternate between them in the morning and evening.There are also two private baths available by reservation. Private baths cost 3,300 yen (tax included) for 45 minutes each, and reservations can be made at check-in.
Q. Can I enter the hot springs if I have a tattoo?
A. We are sorry, but we ask that people with tattoos or body art refrain from using the public baths. However, you may use the baths if you use a tattoo cover sticker. Tattoo cover stickers (from 330 yen each) are sold at the front desk. We also have private baths available for private use (fee applies, 3,300 yen for 45 minutes).
Q. Can I use the baths just for the day?
A. We are very sorry, but currently, the facility is only available to staying guests.
Q. What are the opening hours for the hot springs?
A. The hot springs are available from 15:00 to 25:00 and from 5:00 to 10:00 the following morning.
Q. Can small children also enter the hot springs?
A. Yes, you can. The public baths and private baths use "Kinsen" spring water, which is rich in salt and iron. Children with sensitive skin may occasionally experience itching, so we recommend that you thoroughly rinse your skin with a shower after bathing.
